I was asked to create gluten free items for a friend's cafe. I'd been living gluten free for about 3 years and according to friends and family, my gluten free meals and desserts tasted just as good as "regular" food, if not better. So rather than just bake for family and friends, I decided to take a leap of faith and think bigger. Why not share my yummy desserts with others who were also suffering from various food allergies?
